Shipping And Handling
All orders for inkjet cartridges are shipped free of charge.

All other orders incur a £4.99 + V.A.T. delivery charge irrespective of number of items ordered.

Delivery Schedule
All stock orders will normally be dispatched within one working day. Small orders will be sent by post.

All other orders are dispatched by courier and should be delivered within 72 hours.

Back Orders
We keep a large stock of most items. When we do not have an item in stock we will back order it for you. We will e-mail or telephone you to advise you of this and will offer you an alternative if one exists. Back orders can be cancelled at any time prior to despatch. Any Printer Consumables not listed here are available to order. Most goods are generally available within 48 hours but please allow up to five days. All orders can be cancelled within seven working days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason, starting from the day after you receive the goods. Goods ordered in error may be liable to a carriage charge.
