Scope
These terms & conditions apply to all transactions between Ink Genie and the buyer

Price
Unless otherwise stated all prices quoted are INCLUSIVE of vat, packaging and delivery

Payment
Unless otherwise agreed all payments are to be made in full prior to shipment. If payment becomes overdue we may charge interest at the rate of 3% above base rate of Lloyds Bank plc.

We reserve the right to suspend deliveries if payment has not been received in full. All goods remain the property of Ink Genie until full payment has been made and it is the buyers responsibility to maintain the condition of goods and provide insurance whilst in their custody.

Returns, refunds & cancellation policy
We hope that you will be very satisfied with your purchase but accept that occasionally you may wish to return an item to us.

Inkgenie.co.uk offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all its products, irrespective of whether OEM, compatible or remanufactured.

Cancellation prior to order being dispatched
You may cancel your order prior to dispatch without penalty.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or if it is subsequently unwanted, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt provided that the product is unused, the packaging is undamaged and the goods are in a resalable condition.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide safe return of unwanted, non-faulty goods to our premises at their own cost. Please note that postal or courier charges are not refundable (unless the product is defective).

Refunds will not be granted in respect of non-faulty goods that are returned damaged or in any other way unsuitable for resale.

Faulty Goods
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly dispatched goods may be returned for a full refund or replacement, including the cost of any postal charges incurred in returning the item(s) to us.

How to return an item
You should wrap the package securely and enclose a copy of your invoice and a brief note explaining the reason for the return. If the product is defective please include a full description of the fault and send the package to the address below:

In order for us to keep our prices amongst the lowest available we would request that you contact us via e-mail in the first instance.

Delivery
We will endeavour to dispatch goods within the specified period but if delay is likely we will contact the buyer and offer them the opportunity to accept a later dispatch or to cancel their order.

If the notified delivery fails due to fault of the buyer and is returned to us we reserve the right to charge £5 for renewing packaging (if required) and re-shipping.

You may cancel your order prior to dispatch without penalty.

If you wish to cancel after receiving your order (period ends 8 days after receipt of goods) we will restock the item if unused, in it's original undamaged packaging and in salable condition without penalty, however it is the buyers responsibility to provide safe return carriage of the goods to our premises. Otherwise we will make a deduction in the refund for the condition and/or for collection.

Specification
All items are either OEM, compatible or re-manufactured dependant on availability

Risk/Title
Goods remain the property of Ink Genie until payment is made in full.

The buyer will inspect the goods prior to use for any damages.

All of Ink Genie's cartridges whether compatible or re-manufactured are covered by a full replacement or refund warranty for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied please contact Ink Genie and we will send a pre-paid packet for returning the faulty goods. Ink Genie will also offer a replacement or a refund, whichever the buyer prefers. Cartridges for replacement can only be accepted if they contain a minimum of 50% of the original ink.This does not cover empty cartridges or day to day wear and tear and is not transferable.

Terms of use of web site

The following terms of use apply to all visitors to or users of the Ink Genie Web Site, the home page of which is at www.inkgenie.co.uk. By using this web site, you agree to be bound by these rules and regulations, as they may be modified by Ink Genie at any time and posted on this web site. In the event of a violation of these rules and regulations, Ink Genie reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity.
